Your flywheel depends, more heavy it is more top end, the light more bottem end.

 

Possibly "more heavy smoother idle and better going up driveways", but there will be no more top end from a heavier flywheel.

 

Lighter means faster acceleration in the lower gears as its easier to spin up, that you can feel, but I don't think you'd feel any difference in top speed between a really heavy and a really light one.

 

A really light one = stalls easily when driving off.
