Andy43 Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 Lifes a bugger when I have wait for my wife to go to work so I can slip some conrods on to new pistons. Look's like I'm cooking a roast tonight to get that 3k smell out of the oven :D Quote
ke70dave Posted August 20, 2010 Report Posted August 20, 2010 haha thats great, though i would have thought that you would want to heat up the rod, and cool down the piston/gudgeon pin? i rememeber my mate used his mums brand new oven to heat up the glue on the glass on a headlight (to put the glass onto another headlight) yeah she came home from work early that day, it did not go to well.
