I agree Auto One is good, though when I went there to buy paint for my car he didn't know that the GMH black was matt. And Car Bitz is ok, they sold me a 4k water pump for 40 bucks less than Repco, they are just always understaffed.

pull of the heater hoses at the fire wall to flush the heater core, and BE GENTLE with the water pressure.

 

Flushing is an art on old cars.

 

Flush every hose in each direction until all you see is clear water.

My neighbours don't really give a shit so I let that bad boy flow. My theory is people are allowed to water their garden, so the occasional flush on my fleet of cars is ok!

The drain taps on old radiators are for show only... don't try and use them. I learn't this the hard way, the whole thing came off at the weld when I tried to undo it. :(
