ok so i have a ke70 use for khanacross and was wondering what i need to do to be able to rally it?

i have a cams l2sj license.

i would need a cage but what else do i need and where are there club rallies near wagga wagga nsw?

any help appreciated

Rob83ke70 was doing the same, he might have done more research. They use the KE55 for motorkhanas/khanacross/hillclimbs and Kylie was keen to step up to a rallysprint, but it hasn't happened yet.

 

I don't know what Aussie has for licences, but you'll no doubt need a cage, an odo, a navigator and a whole lot of things done to the car most of which you will already have. Protecting the brake lines springs to mind.

best bet is to work out what event you want to run in.

 

figure out what class it is in and who is the governing body (cams or aasa etc) and then find the regulations that control it.

and get invovled with a rally forum, and talk to people that run in the class you want to run in, the can help you out as well.

i just read all that and i think i have wrecked my car too much as i think it would not be registerable but i have my 68 000km rolla i could use :(
