BenDaMAN Posted August 6, 2010 Author Report Posted August 6, 2010 So here's a bit of an update. I've got a 32/36 weber carby for the car. Still waiting on adapter plate, new jets and air filter for it. After they all arrive i'm driving up to Brisbane, and Rolliac and my brother are going to help me install all that. I've also ordered some extractors through repco. And after they arrive i will get them installed, and get a 2 inch exhaust system with a two tip exhaust put in at the same time. After all this is done, i plan on getting the cam regrinded to 270" adv duration with 0.400" valvelift, for more power and a sweet lumpy sound. xD Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted August 6, 2010 Report Posted August 6, 2010 Sweet. I've got a 32/36 re-jetted sitting in my garage with an adapter plate on a 3k manifold and chrome air filter ready to bolt on. Been sitting there for almost a month. Slack. 9 days off work starting now. Quote
Funking-Awesome Posted August 6, 2010 Report Posted August 6, 2010 (edited) If my ksev did 150kph I'd shit myself from surprise... Mine does 139kph. And it has had a service since then. Edited August 6, 2010 by Funking-Awesome Quote

B.L.Z.BUB Posted August 6, 2010 Report Posted August 6, 2010 I reckon I might hit 135 with the weber. If I'm lucky. Not how fast you get, how long it takes. Me: 17.3 weeks to 135kph Quote

Slack. 9 days off work starting now. Sweet. Just curious, what jet sizes did you get for your weber for the ol 4K. So stoked that i got up to 150 with a completely stoke engine, especially with what you guys are saying. It's just very surprising. Can't believe it really. Quote

It was a whole bolt on unit when I bought it and had already been re-jetted. So I dunno sorry. Quote
