Taz_Rx Posted July 18, 2010 Report Posted July 18, 2010 undo the nuts holding the axel in place ,get a slide hammer and attach it to the axel stud and pull.... some times there stuck or stuborn,if you don't have a slide hammer could try a chain attached to a car ,to give it a yank ,bit dodgy, id try the slide hammer option first, :laff: You just won my "Natural selection" award for the week. ;) Is it school holidays againat the moment!? Once those 4x bolts are removed, put the wheel back on. Put 2x wheels nuts on just a little bit so the wheel can slide back and forward on the studs...... and you just made a slide hammer. Give the wheel a good tug and axle should pop out. I normally use a drum like this.... Quote
hectic20s Posted July 19, 2010 Author Report Posted July 19, 2010 i dident need any of that stuff to get the axels out as soon as i undid the last of the x4 nuts i pulld ligtly and thay both slid str8 out lol Quote
Toy-Yoda[RL] Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 ^^ What does this mean in English? :laff: Quote
ke70dave Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 ^^ What does this mean in English? :laff: my favourite is how he spelt "didn't" dident Id say thats more effort than the correct spelling. or maybe the "e" from "pulled" magically jumped from "pulled" to "didnt", creating two brand new words, "pulld" and "dident" Though the apostrophe appears to be missing in action.
