Lets see, urm,

monday to friday - 6pm till late.... (unless i'm wagging it then its 7am till late)

saturday/sunday/holidays - approx 8am on and off till late.... (unless i'm not home and i can't get the net)

I'm on-and-off all my forums during the day at work, will tend to have them open in the background whilst I do the stuff that I get paid for and just take a peek every so often - on a slow or boring day it is the reverse and I'll spend much more time on forums and the occasional burst of work.

I lurk during business hours generally. Normally have weekends off from rollaclub. Not having the net at home has its pros and cons. :(
