Mate if you want an sr20 in your ke70 get an s13 crossmember and do what i have done with mine elongate two holes and bobs your uncle, try also using the search button too :)

wouldn't that be better though as little weight over the front wheels as possible, if it sits too far back hammers come in pissweak, small, big and make stuff move good :)
