ok, i 'm buying an '86 mits p/u with a 2.0 g63b engine....sohc 8 valve carb

i found a '91 GALANT 2.0 4g63 engine......12? valve sohc efi

will this interchange?

i've googled, msn'd, and i KNOW this is a TOYOTA site, but maybe someone will know....

they do change over, but the auto engine won't go into a manual they are different.

as long as it's a 4G63 manual, 8v or 16v the blocks are the same.

Well i know nothing about bishi engines but i have a friend who knows a person who has a 92 lancer but the chasis is twisted and not road worthy. The engine is fine and has a new gear box. But what i want to no is, is it possible to change the Engine to a ke70. this would probally take a hell of a lot of modding would it be worth it.

Thanks for the info i just might make a tough 5K already got the weber on the way and a set of custom extractors being made. I also have a cannon on the way also.
