Jason Posted June 12, 2010 Author Report Posted June 12, 2010 One in front one in passenger, two in 'boot' which means the boot lid dosnt shut at all... :) Quote
fusion Posted June 12, 2010 Report Posted June 12, 2010 I took my passenger seat out to carry around 4 x 13" rims with 225 profile tyres on it in the Mira :) Quote
Karllos Posted June 12, 2010 Report Posted June 12, 2010 Good selling point though.... "It has 2 boots" :) Quote
Sloth Posted June 13, 2010 Report Posted June 13, 2010 (edited) The back seat of my 55 is almost exclusively used for cargo, when we put in the new carpet we lost the bolts that hold it in, so now it's really easy to rip the bottom part of the seat out. Â It's not like you can really fit more than one extra person in most rollas anyway :P Edited June 13, 2010 by Sloth Quote
towe001 Posted June 13, 2010 Report Posted June 13, 2010 And i was thinking "riding shotgun" as in stage coach and John Wayne holding a double barrel 8 gauge   But anywhat, i was seriously considering the idea of ripping the front passenger seat out the other day so that i could carry an engine hoist in the '30 Quote
philbey Posted June 13, 2010 Report Posted June 13, 2010 I was thinking it was another Red Dead Redemption obsessed RC member..... Quote
altezzaclub Posted June 14, 2010 Report Posted June 14, 2010 Landlord's car, Lexus IS200 (well, altezza)..... Off to fix house 1200km away. Quote
philbey Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 I jammed 7 pine sleepers 2000mm long in a daewoo lanos hatch with the boot lid closed. Quote
Felix Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 Missus brought 6 bales of hay home in the back of the ke16 when it was on the road. LOL, we used to call it the Tardis, amazing how much stuff you could fit in such a little car. Quote
towe001 Posted June 15, 2010 Report Posted June 15, 2010 That brings back memories of a ke30 i once had many many years ago and i did the same thing but only 4 bales (two in the boot and two on the back seat) for a friend and i was pulling straw out of the car for months afterwards. Quote
cinky Posted June 19, 2010 Report Posted June 19, 2010 when I was an apprentice mechanic i used to remove the front seat of my MINI and put it in the boot the put the toolboxes on the back seat and where the front seat was. I once got defected for it as i had illegally modified my car. Quote
