ok first of all sorry trev and guys, trev is right about the bov between gear changes and the fact it needs vacuum to open should of clicked in my head

 

but only just now after i went over my notes i was thinking of my mates car which run's a overboost bypass value which open's up between gear

 

changes some times and sound like a bov so i hope you all no now what is going on and once again sorry and i will go and pull my foot out of my mouth.
