Went on a fishing trip today, 1/5/10. On the way home I was feeling charged. Time to see where the ol' 4A-FC could take me. Its currently on the home page of this website under members galleries.

 

With current mods, visible on my profile page, the Seca went through to 7500rpm in 3rd. That's 150kph in 3rd gear. Wasn't sure if it was pure luck that I didn't POP the f*^king thing so I did it again and the old girl pulled through....

They may not be fast, but they're pretty much bulletproof.

8000 rpm from my old Seca and a lot of high speed runs. Mine would keep up with a AW11 MR2 but it was very rattly and smokey but meh i still kept up.

 

Mine ran a 16.9 down the 1/4 mile, Full weight with subs n shit.

I running an old 4AFC and shes got 270k and still pulls hard. i drive it about 200km a day and she starts right up every time.

I once did reverse figure 8's in an ae92 for about 10 minutes, bouncing off the limiter the whole time.

 

Only reason I stopped was due to my lunch coming up for a re-tasting.

Engine was fine, just a little warmer than usual.

I have a video of a GZE powered 92 doing reverse 360's in the carpark where I used to work, I am having trouble sending it to the computer as it is a MP4 video and I think it is corrupted, If I get it to work I will post it.

That's mad. I've gone with macca's trays and the hand brake but have never tried the reverse 180's as this is my only form of transport and Bob Jane isn't a cheap f*^ker!
