jono1986 Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 (edited) I don't know how people are feeling tonight but be prepared to get abused, first off use the search function and you'll find heaps of info on that, if you want brand new twin sidedraft webers i mean i'm not veteran at this but you'll be paying over a grand i reckon. I got told recently if your not going to fully mod the car put a 32/36 downdraft weber on it everyone does it and they go quiet good. I've pretty much got the same car, except mines a '78 ke35, done the rims, exhaust, rebuilt the motor, tomorrow i'm putting bigger brakes on. If you want to go down the weber path i have a 45 sidedraught here with a manifold that i might be selling soon, but you'll be looking at about 370.... Here's what mine looks like at the moment.... Taz_Rx Posted April 21, 2010 Report Posted April 21, 2010 Like jono said, you'll be paying way over a grand for brand new sidedafts. A brand new manifold will also cost you around $300. You can get a second hand set with a manifold for around $1k, or a single sidey with manifold for $250-$500 'ish. Like jono also said, you won't see the true potential of the twin unless you do a few other mods like extractors and exhaust, cam, increase CR etc etc. For a stock or mildy worked motor a down draft weber would be fine. If you want interceptor looking wheels I believe R31 skyline wheels may fit the bill. Ke20's are 4x110 and ke55's are 4x114 so forget the peugeot wheels. Now. Please go and fimiliarise yourself with the FAQ and search tabs up the top. We have a wealth of info already here, you just need to go and find some yourself. Quote
