Respect.. :P

I like!

All she needs now is just a plain 3 spoke SAAS wheel to finish the interior off a little and you're pretty much done.

haha thanks mate, you gave me a really good starting platform in terms of how to do it. and I'm pretty happy with the outcome.

you will be glad to know that selleys has just brought out a water-based version of their contact adhesive (its in a blue can for future reference).

It sure did look good. I can't say i've seen it around, my KE50 is the first I ever saw on the road. Did you have any difficulties finding replacement parts?? I'm trying to source some window rubbers and since no one knows about the KE50/KE55P i've been looking at alternatives. I'm trying to find out if the RA40 Celica has same sized doors, as it is the only other Toyota in the country made around the same time with frameless doors.

thanks,

Jonno.

i was lucky cause i had a parts car which i could mix and match stuff from.

windscreen i used a modified ke55 one, door rubbers i had in good condition, same with the rear hatch.

i know that theres a wrecker down currumbin way that has a ke50 sitting in the front of their yard.. looks pretty rusted out though.
