Selling my KE55 with 7k. The engine had some work done a couple of years ago and was fitted with twin SUs. Comes with K50 gearbox, 4-1 extractors, 2 inch exhaust and the full fuel setup to run the engine. Depending on price I might throw in the fixed back bucket seat. The shell is quite rusted (and in my opinion can't be fixed), though there are probably some usable panels. Would be great for anyone looking to do a 7k conversion/project. The engine will require some minor work, but I can go into all the details with anyone interested. I've had the car since I got my licence, but over the past few years haven't had much chance to drive it and it's time to say a sad goodbye.

If i can't find another shell then ill part out my KE55. The 4k has fullservice recipts from brand new.. Inc 2 headgasket replacements in 30 years and a full vslve grind/head service.

 

But I'm screaming for a KE30/55 shell, so if anyone has one, let me know

Depends what sort of condition you want the shell in.... the roof on mines a little better than yours, but the rust isn't great....

I'm looking at buying a shell purely for panels soon.

 

Do you want one with no doors/bonnet/boot etc?

 

Give you it for $200, virtually no rust, only a 5c on the chassis rail. Only bad thing is the drivers side rear guard is bogged to the shitter, because there was rust cut out. Let me know if your keen, because I'll probably be getting the shell in Feb.

Its got pretty good black carpet and blue door trims that are in great condition.

 

Has new rear wheel bearings. Aswell and bridgestone tyres all round.

 

My mate has first dibs on it. But if he doesnt want it. Ill get $50 from EZ scrap for it. But i think it will be crushed since the roof and panels are damaged.

 

Its ar my mates house and needs to go this week!
