m0nkey Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 Yes i know. the last time i had logged on was over a year ago, but alas life is always in the way of fun. My last bit of distraction was a pregnancy, my partner and i where expecting our first born girl, Abigail unfortunately she was a little eager and came out in her 22nd week of gestation she came out alive and kicking, grabbed my finger but passed away 2 hours later. We are grieving, and one of those things we decided to do, is drive the little sprinter to the funeral. we need tyres, second hand 13" ones, but don't seem to be able to find any, so anyone who can help us sus a set out, all four, something along the lines of 175 60r13 and if possible, anyone who know a good exhaust place in the west, near deer park, i just need some cheap pipe so the cops don't pull me over thats about it. Oh i will get a cover note, so if anyone is near fawkner crematorium and can give us an aliby for driving the rolla to that destination (just in case) would be awesome. so thats all, thanks everyone, eze & floss Quote
Taz_Rx Posted March 25, 2010 Report Posted March 25, 2010 (edited) Hey mate, I think I can speak for the whole of rollaclub when I say we are sorry to hear of your loss, regular member or not. I personally can somewhat understand in what you're going through. My little boys was born in May last year at 27 weeks gestation and weighing in at 795 grams...... http://www.rollaclub.com/board/index.php?showtopic=30619 Life for him was very touch and go for the first few weeks with breathing difficulty, going on and off CPAP and ocilator ventilators. I can't however imagine how we would have felt had we have lost him..... I almost feel like crying typing this now. Most of us here are pretty compasionate sort of people so hopefully somebody else can help you with your request. I would most deffinately help you out but my location doesn't really help. I really don't know what else to say at such a difficult time in your life...... I suppose 2 hours to have known and loved is better than to have never loved at all. RIP Abigail. Karllos Posted March 25, 2010 Report Posted March 25, 2010 Taz has dropped the nail on the head, most people on here have a kind heart and i myself would like to add that I'm sorry to hear for your loss, i believe we have all lost someone in our lives, but having only been 2 hours..... i don't know how i would cope. The only piece of advice regarding the tyres is ask around at tyre shops and see if they have some second hand, sometimes they can be ok nick just don't rely on them for ever. Abigail, forever young, RIP Karl. Quote
