What did you use to get it off, or did it just pull off easily? I guess i should have read this before i asked what you had been doing to it haha.

just used a hammer and chisel, i worked out that if you spend about 5 minutes hitting all over the floor as hard as you can without dinting it that the shock actually separated the sound deadener from the floor and it came off in big sections like this

Thanks mate. Yeah ive heard heaps about using dry ice, ive seen a fella here on rollaclub do the same thing really effectivly. With one of my old cars some would peel off really easily, and some spots were really well anchored to the panels.

Thanks. Thats how i have done it in the past too. There were a few spots that had to be scraped off really hard. Bug and tar remover removes the stuff that stuck to the panels, or really strong degreaser lol. Thanks.

i just ordered a top feed fuel rail and have some 750cc injectors organised as well as another walbro pump for in the tank, so should have plenty of fuel now for atleast 30psi if i need to go there. so bring on 500rwhp

was bored today so went to the drags i had 7 runs these were the 3 best, other runs were all 11.1 or 11.2 with 1.7 60 foots so is fairly consistent for a turbo car.

11.044 @ 122.62mph 1.629 60 foot

11.030 @ 123.10mph 1.639 60 foot

11.006 @ 123.52mph 1.626 60 foot

How you find the car with no sound deadener? I'm thinking of doing it to my car. Just not sure what it'll be like. And dang you gotta be spewing for missing out on a 10 so close. More weight to be pulled out somewhere? Haha.

Also how much power have you been told the 750cc injectors will be good up to? I've got 750cc ones for my vl. Was told 400rwkw on pump fuel or a bit little bit more. Or only 275rwkw with e85

with a manual gearbox you should be able to make plenty more than 400rwkw with 750cc injectors, with an auto maybe around 420rwkw manual

450-500rwkw which is a big ask from a sohc rb30 without serious amounts of money being spent

400rwkw is my aim with this motor. Once it goes I'll be getting an rb34det built. 3.4 litre twin cam

and thanks for that mate. You need together a vid of your car going down the quarter :blinks:
