Wood§tok Posted July 20, 2005 Report Posted July 20, 2005 hi nick and all the rollaclub boieez! bet your wonderin what the bloody hell ive been doing. saying "hey I'm back" then dissapearing for a month or two again. well as usual my computer decided to screw itself again. 2 days after i last posted my brother decided to download 'something' and its taken me this long to get back online again, mainly cause i couldnt be bothered fixing something that will break again. if anyone knows of a good place to get computer parts, i know what i want, i just need the best price on it so if you can help with that let me know. anyways, enough about that. i should let you know whats been happening with regards to vehicular situations. since selling supercamry and getting the lib ive had nothing but problems with the bloody thing. nothing mechanical, its just people keep crashing into me or backing trucks into me while parked at work and I'm really getting sick of it. we have had the car for a year now and its been at the panel shop for no less than 2 months of that year... so yeah, its unfortunate but i do need to get rid of it now for personal reasons. its a great car and I'm sad to let it go but if you know anyone interested in a spotless 92 liberty (with minor mods) as a fantastic first car gimme a message for a full run down. as i said there is nothing wrong mechanically with the car, and any panel damage has been fixed and guarenteeded. so you may ask, what am i driving now??? our new baby is a navy mica 1998 RX 2.5 AWD Liberty. we also saw a B4 but at almost double the price and tripple the insurance we decied the RX will do for now. its the newer shape from the one i had previously and its also the last model before they changed the liberty headlights to the same as the forester so it looks sweeet. we decided to got for a 'new' car this time and boy its great. the bigger engine is so much more powerful and this time we got a manual. its got abs, elec everything, 7 bloody airbags and a momo steering wheel. as well as that the suspension is so much more sorted than the previous model as i can turn corners faster than i thought would be safe and its like the car wants to keep turning. so yeah, this weekend the wheels go on and hopefully people stop running into me. I'm really looking forward to the next cruise so i can show her off and hopefully i will be online a bit more frequently now. cheers. Quote

Super Jamie Posted July 20, 2005 Report Posted July 20, 2005 "man, i'm sick of my liberty. i'm getting another liberty!" :jamie: as for cheap pc parts. graysonline.com.au - check some of the notebooks, they go cheaper than on ebay. i also buy most of my personal shit from www.scorptec.com.au, their retail is actually cheaper than half the suppliers i buy from thru work!
