xmoht Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 My old man's Holden Gemini was pretty heavily modded. The odometer was specially set with additional digits. Was fully sealed, compressed air canisters, rear head lights were converted into boost packs. Odometer had roughly 356,000,000 kilometers on it before it was decommissioned. Went to Proxima Centauri system to pick up some space sluts. Mostly just there and back but went for a few hoons to nearby makeout moons every now and then. Pics up soon. I win. Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Posted April 5, 2010 Need pic of odometer and mods or no Hyclone for you... Or space sluts sent my way... Quote
SLO-030 Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 HAHAHA, Hyclone as a prize. One reason NOT to enter this comp  Quote
B.L.Z.BUB Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Posted April 5, 2010 Hey the Hyclone is a valid engineering fuel saving device. If I had one for every tooth I have, all my 7 trucks would run. Quote
xmoht Posted April 5, 2010 Report Posted April 5, 2010 Need pic of odometer and mods or no Hyclone for you... Picture of odometer optimized for interstellar travel in top corner. Quote
Bamboo Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 Apologies, speedo is out of focus. 404,000 ks on the truck when purchased Quote
Jason Posted April 6, 2010 Report Posted April 6, 2010 I can vouch for the kingswood, grandads wagon had over 2 million and only had the head replaced once. No rust running on LPG Quote
Kid-Ae Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 Jeez, and i thought my '93 EBII Falcon was still beating strong after 331,048.. Although the one time it was driven on a permit i DID give it a good old punching on the gogo pedal and was pleasantly surprised that it actually picked up quick, almost violently so.. May be the fact the air charge temp sensor is f@$ked and its running rich, but its not the point! I WANT TO SEE THAT NAVARA WITHOUT RUST!!! Quote
h1_roll4 Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 i got to watch my mums ap6 valiant clock over back to 000000. That was cool. Quote

I bought it off an old guy who lines the back with vynil so it didn't get scratched. When we came around he was bleaching his concrete. Then my brother the brickie got it. not so clean anymore!! Bamboo Posted April 9, 2010 Report Posted April 9, 2010 Loving the kitchen vinyl. I asked about the white dots on the side of the tray. Thats where the vinyl had been stuck to the side. 1986 model ute with NO scratches in the tub. overrated! The engine was all original. Needless to say with 404 on the clock i went hunting for a 2nd handy. Now the perfect ute. My brother owes me big time. One of the trickiest engine changes i have done due to the sump being jammed between the crossmember and front axle. Had to drop the sump in car and the oil pick up to get the f@$ker out/in. If there is a next time the front axle will be coming out, it was that hard!!! Quote
