Ha yeah you need that fusible link, The reason I asked about the A/C is that the plug on the harness sounds like A/C control which you don't need to have the fan work.

I got the breaker switch from the old seca, all working now. And a mini dust storm in my eyes :lolcry:

Little black box is for electronic idle control from memory, I've deleted them in the past as the other half that is needed under the bonnet normally gets left in the donors car.

Cheers, the black box is still in the car but i don't need it because its part of the 4ac engine. just been too lazy to pull it out.. :(

 

Everything is running sweet now, I got the car registered the other day :) Just the only thing is both thermo fans always run, it that normal?

Even on a really cold morning, as soon as the ignition is switched on, the fans run flat out..
