Need To Fix Exhaust Manifold

:P Hi i have recently purchased a ke36 wagon with a 3k motor. Yesterday i was tinkering with my new toy and decided to have a go at fixing the exhaust leak on the manifold..... I being a plumber, am not a real good mechanic and have farked my manifold by over tightening the bolts. can some body please help!! :blush:

I have tried calling wreckers in perth with no luck for any 3k parts

should i look for a set of extractors maybe?

So what actually broke? The manifold or the studs?
