Just turned up yesterday arvo, gave it a quick wash and cleaned the windows and took some average pics this morning. This one owner 74 KE36 wagon has only done 35,000kms, came from a 96 year old lady in Cairns. Apart from a small paint touch up at the end of the left front guard all the paint is original, trim is great, dash perfect, carpet has faded a little around gear shift, rear bumper has small dent left side and still had the plastic on both front doors until my son thought he would un-rap the door trims for me.

Usual plans of a major detail, but this one will remain 100% stock and original. Will post better pics later and will hopefully get it ready for the Al Palmer show next month.

Ohmy !!! What a sweet wagon. Normally I don't get too excited about KE3x's..... but this is sensational. Love the visor. Love the front mudflaps. I would put venetians in the back 3 windows, whitewall and cruise this thing full time. Great pickup Gav!

I saw this one pootling around once, and only once... And lets not forget Cairns is a relatively small place and I'm on the road a LOT.

I jumped the island on a dual carriageway trying to chase after it... But to no avail... :)

I've summed it up that Gav isn't that bright at panel work :) Only reason is because he's never had to do any!

Looks perfect (of course the rear bar is NEVER perfect on a KE36 :fuzz: ). I especially love the colour of the interior. It's so pretty.

Outstanding!! My keyboard is wet with drool at that photo of the boot area...rarely used by the look of it!

What a beautiful car, and I totally agree with keeping it original. A more original and lower mileage 36 there probably isn't...anywhere.

Only ever seen one other Corolla that colour, and its an identical 36 which drives around my area. Is it a rare colour?

Love it, love it, love it

Its not that i don't like painting cars, i did my KE17 back in 1997. I just don't like putting paint on an original car that's never been painted, i can live with some wear and age marks. Once a car has been painted its no longer original and its also very hard to have an old car painted to make it look like original paint. And anyway is costs to get cars painted and you'll rarely get your money back for your time and effort, if i lost money on every car i've sold i could'nt afford to do what i do.

Green is the colour of envy...............

and all of us here are green.

I HATE YOU SO MUCH

that is a cool ride. One thing in our favour is there is only one of you.

You cannot possibly drive 'em all!!! LOL
