You can have them reset at the right suspension shop at a different height (please do), or you can go with lowering blocks which puts the diff further away from the springs and gives the diff more leverage on the spring against with twisting force applied when the car is under acceleration. It amplifies axle tramp in most cars.

Just went down to my local sussy shop and they sent me to sprint to get 2inch lowering blocks. Witch cost only 80 bucks so yeh pretty happy with that idea cheers man

Beerhead was trying to advise you that resetting the leaves is a much better (and frankly safer) way to lower the leaves.

Lowering block with give you the lower look..... but thats about it.

theres google for questions like these.

then once you knew what a leaf spring was, you can then continue your search in ways of lowering a leaf spring

as was said, resetting, or lower blocks.

there are hundreds of pages on the two alternatives and you need to decide which best suits you. but seeings as you drive cars with broken spark plugs and cut springs, i think you will be going the cheap shit c**t alternative.

so let me be the first to say, stop taking advantage of the good nature of the regular forum members here and stop expecting to spoon sped, get your shit together, get a clue, and make a useful contribution.

and yes, questions can be useful contributions, but nearly every question you ask will have been answered if you take some time to do some digging, and the ones that havnt are either incredibly stupid and the answer can be found without creating a thread. ie. what are leaf springs, or they are infact worth asking.

WTF? did you tell them you want the extra dodgy supreme on whole wheat?

any DECENT suspension shop would recommend a reset. Rather than palming you over to sprints for lowering blocks.

Or did you hear the word cheap?
