Wondering if i can run a falcon spring in the front end with my ae86 strut setup?

My mate is running EL Falcons all round, but without the 86 struts.

He has a nice stiff ride all round, my front setup works well for me but back is a bit sloppy.

Also looking to raise it up abit so the cut VL fronts have to be changed, thinking falcons ( which model for 86 struts )

Hear is my current set up

front end

ae86 struts

tokico short stroke shocks

VL springs

vented rotors

braided brake lines

xt-130 lower control arm

t-18 steering knuckles

rear end

cut falcon springs - seem pretty sloppy compaired to my mates.

locked standard diff

short stroke shocks.

bought the car with this setup already in, so not to sure on the model falcon springs or what not.

Should be able to if AE86 struts run same diameter spring as KE70! Does your friend with Falcon springs

have aftermarket springs? That could be the reason your front end is a bit sloppier.. Or your shocks are

buggered!

Very cool car! Anything else done to it.. Point us to a project thread? :jamie:

Nah he got the springs from a wrecker out of a EL Falcon so thinking of trying the same and just cutting them to a daily height, will still be low just not as much.

don't have a project thread yet man, trying to get parts sorted out for it still.

Cheers
