Hi all

I don't know if this is the correct place to post this topic if not I am sure you will advise me!!

I am trying to identify a diesel engine I have recently purchase for the repower of a portable sawmill.

The motors only identifiable markings are on the rocker cover and are "K4C 20238".

It is out of a Mitsi bus and was an aftermarket addition for running the air con.

I am after H/p and torque ratings at given speeds.

Any help would be very appreciated

Not exactly sure what these product numbers are, but they are to do with a k4c. Apparently its out of Tractor.

An extract from another site. "The Company is also planning to introduce medium range tractor with fuel efficient low emission K4C Engine and Two moduesl of Power Tillers to add to product variety during 2001."

 

Since its out of tractor - Email this bloke and order a tractor manual which is listed

on their website.

I have ditched the k4c motor and instead bought a 2c motor which I will ask a new question on as this link is a bit old now.
