Hey My Ae92 Seca has a rear brake prob, The pads and that are pretty new but the rear brakes barley work. The handbrake is a bit soft as well.

Is the anything in the drums that you can adjust cos when you plant the brakes it nose dives :P

Handbrake not working could be bad adjustment of the handbrake. Having worn shocks doesn't help as the car will nose dive, and make your front brakes work harder (since all the weight goes over them).

Fix shocks, see if you can adjust the handbrake cable and see if that fixes it.
