couple more photo's.

here is my bellhousing.. its had 10mm machined off the front face.

here is the adaptor plate.. since this its had studs installed and couple of holes got redrilled.

jst to add beerhead i haven't quite finished the dizzy mount i haven't added a bolt hole for timing adjustment.. but yeah the idea is there.

 

will be hitting up some bodywork today.. more pics tonight.

This thing is moving along nicely, a great read.

 

It's gonna be one tough little car. Love that your doing all the fab work yourself, wish I had those skills.

cheers guys much appreciated..

 

so i didn't get heaps done today... removed roof lining

removed the black gooey shite that sticks the windows in.. this took ages and tried my patience big time.

removed rear bumper and masked the car up.

 

will do some panel beating tmoz morning and some bog work. hope to have the first coat of high build primer down tomorrow arvo.. bit optimistic methinks though.

well didn't get it primed... got too sunburnt and also i want to leave the bog a bit to set...

so turns out rain is due at the end of the week so i need to get it primed sometime this week.. its very close to being ready for primer..

 

well today i finished my sump off. cleaned it up sandblast and powdercoat...

 

also redrilled the bell plate and now it fits like a glove!!

 

and also powdercoated the engine mounts.

 

i also welded the pipes onto the intake flange. i have the throttle body tube designs done. jst need to fab em out.

If you want to find out if the sump leaks before it goes in the car, fill it with Kerosene. Will seep thru any pinholes/ cracks faster than oil.
