as some of you know ive put a 12a rotary in my rolla and have much work work to do.

what your wounldnt know is that i work for defence/aps so i have nothing better to do then go on rolla club all day while getting paid.

any way was thinking about my suspension.

my car will not be a drift or tack car. just a fun streeter.

so i was thinking of new(stock) front struts with super low king springs up front with new bushes and ball joints and every thing (still stock but).

and reset leafs in the back with koni shocks. and new bushes.

and white line sway bars.

do people think this is enough?

should handle better I'm sure

Yeah sounds good:

Front - kings super low with AW11* (from the rear) adjustable shocks

Rear - re-set leaves/reversed eyes with AE86 short stroke adjustables

Then everything will be nicely matched.

*The body of the shock is shorter than the strut tube. This can easily be retified by packing it out with some washers. :locked:

yea sick i don't have the cash and i think it would be over kill for coil overs on the street

Ageed. If you only want it as a cruiser and not a weekend track warrior then I think the above would be fine. It's also pretty similar to what I have now.

I did think about giving you the whole "did you search first" spiel, but then thought that most suspension threads are about track/drift car setups, ands hence this whole "middle ground" setup doesn't really get covered too much.

My car has the superlow in the front with a bit of extra "trimming" and the previous owner had koni (the AW11 ones) adjustables which he removed when I bought it. I just put some Munroes in and haven't got around to re-fitting Konis yet. Still need to decide what I'm doing about the whole front setup re brakes etc yet.

Rear is reset leaves with AE86 TRD FULL stroke 8 way adjustables. But because they're so compressed I do have a bit of a rebound problem. This is why I'm keeping my eyes pealed for a set of short strokes.
