Needed to do the guards anyway and I needed to take all my doors apart to do my remote central.

Worst bit is having to re-bog the rear guards, I hate sanding. :n:

stop bitching out i have a electric sander here lol and have a sheet one i can get at grandads. minimal hand rubbing required.

spewing about the defects bud, it was those 'SOCAL' prints that you put on it lol hahahaha :P , just roll the guards abit more man it'll be sweet

Doing it right now, they only need maybe 5mm on the inner guards. The bog is holding up but looks like I may have to do it all again.

Taking the time to paint my springs red (they're Pedders officer) and clean up my shocks too.

But I've run out of red and black for the other side and all the shops in Beerwah are closed. :bash:

Defect is ok. Pretty easy to rectify at least. Car actually looks better without the mega dark tint. :y:

I'll still redo it with 35% but not till its off defect. Which I should be able to do Monday.

I think the main reason its rubbing is the panhard rod bushes are shot.

Still cut about this , but i guess it was really obvious that your tyres were rubbing and your tint was out, they just needed to look at the car to see that, Piss's me off when they go in search of a problem to defect you, they have there defect sticker and papers ready before they even pulled you over.....

Anyways man easy fix, should be all good.

How many springs you cut? I did 2 and mines still a little high

get an adjustable panhard rod, it'll keep the diff centre, that'll be why ya wheels are rubbing  and bushes being fooked wont help either haha

I went 2 coils all round but it didn't look right so i took another 3/4 off the front then another 1/2 off the back.

If I could find 27mm shanks and didn't have to run 8mm spacers I'd have no problem.

how short are the shocks in the rear, have you had the springs come unstuck??? i've realised that turning the springs upside down keeps them captive and makes them less likely to fall out
