4wdwgn Posted March 13, 2011 Author Report Posted March 13, 2011 has been a while since my last update, while it was on the rollers it was spiting off power steer belts, so I decided to do a serpentine belt conversion, ended up getting a new Dayco XH belt tentioner for $130, also grabed a new water pump and harmonic. pic's: I also fitted the koni rear shocks, then the diff control arms fitted with all new bushes, and finally the slotted rotors and pads. I then did some work on the front end, slotted rotors, new pads, tie rod ends, lower control arms with new bushes, front radious arm bushes, and upper and lower ball joints. she's like a new beast.. A mate of mine did it to his ed because the ef/l's have 28 spline axles or something, i didn't listen much i just buy ef's which already have them :D Quote
Des Posted March 24, 2011 Report Posted March 24, 2011 Did you notice any more road noise with the super pro trailing arm bushes ? Quote

carbonboy Posted April 5, 2011 Report Posted April 5, 2011 (edited) 1063nM of torque?!?! Meesa likey!!   That equals warp-speed button doesnt it? Edited April 5, 2011 by carbonboy Quote
Mitch-12 Posted April 5, 2011 Report Posted April 5, 2011 the 1063nm of torque is roller torque unless he has done all the run down stuff to make it flywheel for example in 1st gear it would make 4000nm of torque in 5th 600 not correct but gives you an idea... Quote
SLW42 Posted April 6, 2011 Report Posted April 6, 2011 Still would skid second hard and possibly 3rd not as hard but a clutch kick would help that :D :P, nice figures mate would be good fun to drive Quote

Rich_Rolla Posted April 11, 2011 Report Posted April 11, 2011 Have you considered the ls1 coil pack conversion? Very neat build mate, a new computer could really show some insane numbers. Quote
