mattress Posted November 24, 2009 Report Posted November 24, 2009 (edited) Kexxxclub:I probably would'nt even take $1000 for them. I know they arent worth $1000 but where am i going to find a brand new set again? I guess i was joking because i knew nobody would pay that for them. That's the reason i said it though, i really don't want to sell them. Edited November 24, 2009 by mattress Quote

Raven Posted November 24, 2009 Report Posted November 24, 2009 I have two sets of genuine TE27 gauge clusters, including the middle sections. Quote
parrot Posted November 24, 2009 Report Posted November 24, 2009 But where do you stop? If you put the Trueno tail lights on, do you then start looking for the cowl vents, c pillar vents and front end bits and pieces (grille, light surrounds etc), badging and so on. There's a few dollars in that lot. Quote
Tally Posted November 24, 2009 Report Posted November 24, 2009 lol Levin replica = easiest haha, but if you wanna go Sprinter or Trueno then yea will add up... Quote
KETURBO25 Posted November 24, 2009 Author Report Posted November 24, 2009 I know what your saying Parrot, but a replica isnt what i had in mind (allthough it would be nice) I just want the tail lights cause they look so good on the car, you don't have to commit to building a replica trueno. Quote
parrot Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 Yes, well that's how everyone gets started. Just a taster they say, you'll be right, you won't get hooked. Then before you know it, your selling the kids into slavery so you can afford to trawl Yahoo Japan every night looking for fender mirrors and dildo gear knobs...... Quote
SLO-030 Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 Then before you know it, your selling the kids into slavery so you can afford to trawl Yahoo Japan every night looking for fender mirrors and dildo gear knobs...... What is the thing with dildo gear knobs? Other than something useful on a lonley night by yourself and making it a PITA to shift. Quote

Other than something useful on a lonley night by yourself and making it a PITA to shift. Bit like the slammed assrape specials. Useless for handling, but I guess great for getting looks from young guys (for those into that sort of thing) and receiving one on one special attention from the boys in blue. Quote
dfunkt Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 so long as it has a H-pattern sticker on the top you're right. i bought one for my ke20, as the shifter had been cut in half. the 300mm dildo knob allowed gave me the length that i needed to make shifting comfortable again  Quote
Felix Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 KETURBO25, something that would be cool would be to graft on some R100/RX2 round taillights... Now that would keep the average punter guessing. Quote

snot35 Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 Oh I appreciate things are worth what people pay, I just find it amazing what people will pay! If you can't get any tail lights then I guess there's no choice, but paying that much for something a little different? Each to their own of course. Quote
