Crowns And Chrome In The Park

Hey guys.

 

Heres a cut and paste from toymods.

 

Come one come all:

 

This is a day about appreciating Crowns and Chrome bumpered classics, however all other Toyotas are invited.

 

When: Sun 15 Nov 09

Where: Prospect Reservoir – entrance off Reservoir Rd from Great Western Highway (see map below)

Time: 10.30 – afternoon

 

Food:

The Day will start with a Bacon and Egg Sandwich for Breakfast at $2.50 for members and $3.50 for non-members

For Lunch members will be able to buy a Sausage Sandwich for $2 and a cold can of drink for $1. Non members will be able to buy a Sausage Sandwich for $3 and a cold can of drink for $1. Rissole sandwiches will also be available at $3 for members and $4 for non members

 

 

Bring your cars, family and appetite and come join us for a relaxing day at Prospect Reservoir. In addition to enjoying the cars, Prospect Reservoir has children’s playgrounds, toilets and a viewing area.

 

There will be a car boot sale for those of us who have parts stashed away for Crowns and Toyotas with Chrome bumpers, so don't forget to bring a little extra money if you want to grab something.

 

Here are the locations for the two picnic areas. Both have ample parking but the 1st area of choice is shown in red because there is a section of grass that is easily accessible for a photo shoot. Funnily enough, the Reservoir isnt viewable from either picnic area but the road just above the red area leads to a great viewing area.

If anybody is going and finds someone selling an MS5x crown front end or even just the beaver, plastics, chromework, bumper and lights can they please get a phone number for me? P.M. me if your going and i'll go into more detail.
