And dish washing detergent wont leave big oily marks up your 1/4's.

i say u get a 3k bigport head and and auto diff sigma lowercotro arms and falcon springs all cheap and gives you a bit better chance to drift in dry

cam regrinds for the 4k are prety cheap. do a little head work and some decent carbys will give you that little extra under foot. but its probly not worth it considering how easy the 4AGE converson is.

the only way to get an underpowered registered street car to drift on a limited budget is to take it to a wet track day or wet skid pan day,

swap in a cheap welded diff centre for the day and every aspect is there - it actually drifts, it doesnt cost much, its not dodgy and its street registered.

not sure if anyone has already suggested this, but one way you might be able to slide. if the stock rims are 13's, go and get yaself some 14 inch steelies, go to a tyre shop and get a pair of the cheapest shittiest hard ass 185 R 14 light truck tyres you can get, and pump them up to about 60 psi. if you can't get it to slide in the dry then 4AGE it
