gotta love to outdoors (none existent) spray booth....got one of my own in the carport. looks good. i should have used paint stripper, looks a bit easier, iv been on the 6 inch sander with 80 grit ripping it back....does the job though.

Shame about the rust you gotta deal with but good on yah for keeping keeping another rolla on the road.

Yea cheers man, the non spray booth makes things a little difficult but it'll all be worth it in the end. I highly recommend using paint stripper, it makes life very easy. Protec paint stipper is quite a good one but there is still better out there. Don't buy K&H paint stripper, it's useless. Also go out and buy a 4inch wire wheel which attaches to your 4 inch grinder if you have one. They're about $15 from bunnings. After you attack the panel with both the stripper and the wire wheel, then sand it back with your orbital. You'll end up saving yourself alot of time.
