Matt. yea cheers mate i appreciate that its lucky that i had been giving 8 weeks off at the begining of jan or it wouldnt be to that stage each day i am trying to do more to it looking forward to having it on the road in a few months fingers crossed well the next things on the list i wanna buy for the beast is as follows 1. paint the car the colour and clear coat to finish it off 2. waiting on a 5 speed shifter that a guy is sending me 3. engine got to get some money for that 4. racing seats for the driver and passangers 5. new slotted front rotors and pads 6. exhaust need to be made up 7. tacho not a monster one and as well as oil pressure gauage and possible new steering wheel 8 mod plate 9. front and rear windscreens 10. all put back together and all fluids put in 11. test 12.RWC and the rego then hopefully driving the beast Edited January 14, 2010 by Undertaker_is_the_best Quote

Undertaker_is_the_best Posted January 19, 2010 Author Report Posted January 19, 2010 well some more progress has happened i have managed to paint the floor pan in the interior and also the boot section of the car , the bonnet is primed and ready for a coat of paint , soon the whole car will be getting painted just little things left to do and also painted the underside of the boot looks great i will post pics in a few days Quote

Undertaker_is_the_best Posted February 28, 2010 Author Report Posted February 28, 2010 well here is some pics of what i am currently been doin over the last 2-3 weeks motor and box connected up together and now in the car also tailshaft is connected i just dummy fitted the extractors and thats what they looked like before i painted them this is with the extractors fitted to the head and just starting to add more stuff to the motor in a previous post in one of the pics you can see the motor spread out and in pieces well take a look at the head and then see what it looked like after it was cleaned up and fixed at a head reconditioning place i also took the sway bar off the car and went ahead and painted it and put justins sway bar bushes in as the were pretty much not even a month old before he stopped using the car and well i assembled the front lights and grill and stuff as you will soon see in the pics below and finally its been an awsome build its not perfect but none the less iam happy and can't wait till its on the road in the time i have worked on the car its been a blast and i will look forward to the next project down the track still got a small amount of stuff to do but yea from what is was to now what a transformation there will be more updates as the build continues but i am going back to work tomorrow after a 7 week period off due to the slow season at my work so mainly weekend work and means more funds lol whats everone think of it so far Quote
