Hiro Protagonist Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Kudo's for wanting to be different.... I like different, thats why I built my car the way it is. However, as Hiro said, this is just different to the point of difficult. :jamie: If you own the alfa engine already and its a good motor, maybe look at selling it to fund a 4age/gze/gte/20v conversion. Yes there is already one 20v ae95 here, but you can still be different to him. 4agze's got dropped into all sorts of cars, but I can't say I've ever seen one in an AE95!! Has anybody else???? I've seen a 4AGZE put in an AE95 (Kebin's), there are some headaches with keeping the supercharger as it interferes with the diff-lock on the transfer case from memory Quote
Instigator Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Not much of a headache from what I know he just had to leave the hydraulic diff lock off as I did with my 20v one. Quote

The OP seems to be keen about actually going off-road though (was asking about raising the suspension in another thread), so the diff-lock might be beneficial Quote
Instigator Posted October 15, 2009 Report Posted October 15, 2009 He seems to be keen about a lot of things, what he actually does is a different matter. School holidays FTL Quote
