Kudo's for wanting to be different.... I like different, thats why I built my car the way it is.

If you own the alfa engine already and its a good motor, maybe look at selling it to fund a 4age/gze/gte/20v conversion.

Yes there is already one 20v ae95 here, but you can still be different to him. 4agze's got dropped into all sorts of cars, but I can't say I've ever seen one in an AE95!! Has anybody else????

 

I've seen a 4AGZE put in an AE95 (Kebin's), there are some headaches with keeping the supercharger as it interferes with the diff-lock on the transfer case from memory

Not much of a headache from what I know he just had to leave the hydraulic diff lock off as I did with my 20v one.

 

The OP seems to be keen about actually going off-road though (was asking about raising the suspension in another thread), so the diff-lock might be beneficial

I'm not anti toyota or anything i love old corollas etc they are heaps fun and are a nifty little car i want something unique

A guy on Twincam bought one of these (a Ti, too) to replace his AE82, had nothing but problems with it and was forced to sell

in australia i went to a servo and parked to put air in my tires and parked next one. some fulli sik guy gets out and starts talking tお me... turns out he was bored waiting for a tow truck.
