Nope, dead easy, just be sure you have a manual flywheel, clutch, manual gearbox and a set of fresh flywheel bolts, take you a day.(beer stops inclusive)

There is also a bearing in the back of the manual engine's crankshaft that will not be on the auto engine - make sure you get one of these for the new engine as the front of the gearbox input splines goes in there.
