Hey guys :)

I used to post on here a LONG time ago when I had my White ZZE123

Well I have since grown a few years, added a couple of kids into the mix, moved from Brisbane to Sydney and changed jobs.

Last week I picked up a nice neat black 2001 AE112 Levin with 150K on the clock.

This is the bigger family car.. however as we all know once we get a new rolla we just want to play with it and make it special!!!

Hope to be active here more now that I have a rolla

Cheers

IMO the 112 is a much better car than the 123 anyway

Better built, nicer interior materials, smoother engine.

Better rear-end too, and most likely lighter (which helps when you only have a 7AFE :P not that there is anything wrong with that)

the ae112r has a pretty big boot for the size of the car. we found it was a bigger boot than an impreza wagon and other cars.

so big in fact we only got the falcon because at the time we didn't have a garage and had to keep the mountain buggy in the boot, which meant not heaps of room for shopping etc.

they have a very quality feel to the interior (not exciting or flash, but solid and functional), they steer pretty well and have enough torque that you don't have to rev it past 3500rpm to get it moving.

yeah i do miss the aggresivness of my old 2ZZGE but the 7AFE is okay ....... but a 7AGE might be better !

By aggressive, do you mean thrashy at low rpm and coarse at high rpm? :)
