+2 for the idea and excatly what he said

Ive now ordered/bought some new wiper arms, a new rear brake hose, a new throttle cable and a new pair of black license plate lights.

Hopefully its genuine parts like the ebay add says. We will see.

Hmmmmmmm.

Ive bought genuine bits off of him before so i hopw so. Although he was advertising aftermarket tailights as genuine, but he confessed when asked.

In for a penny in for a pound.

I guess I have to put a white shirt on and dance to find out.

I'm thinking about rebuilding this car in the nanna shell I was gonna use for the 2azfe build, then building the 2azfe car into a panelvan with some business livery so that I can tax deduct the whole conversion and all its expenses. A van would be good for client visits where I have to collect ovens or the odd small cabinet. Or I could collect hardware in the rain and just generally have a more practical vehicle than the sedan for work duties.

So I guess I'm sort of interested in an AE71 van now. Nitephyre, what happened to yours?

So today i became tired of the flogged out steering column and swapped it out for a overrated one that I had from some other random corolla. I even adjusted the end float after working out how so its tighter than a jewish fishes asshole. The pedals were floppy and squeaky so i greased and tightened them back up.

I also discovered a small squeak coming from my right front caliper so Ill have to have that pulled down and cleaned most likely, once its up on the hoist having the quaife rack put back into it.

I went to see rollin along today. Picked up a new rear bumper and throttle cable.

The when I got home the mysterious Mungi mods had appeared and was ready to kill some more rust and fit wheels.

The rear was a pain but its all in the right place now. The front was nothing maybe 15 minutes from start to finish.

We have done the right side, the left is still to be looked at, but it seems to cover a bit better there anyhow. Maybe the diff is off to the right a bit.
