Glad to hearcit man we should definitely go on a cruise soon once I got mine rego'd!

For Sure Tom! when are you looking at getting it reg'd?

Keen to see the 20 out and about again.

Matt, deffinatly!.

Picked up the car today, had a good look and talk to the bloke running the show. The rails are back to factory specs! Wheelbase is spot on to the mm.

Put it on the wheel aligner when i got to Alan's. Think i've bent the strut as i've got +2.2deg on the RHS and +0.2 on the LHS.

Got some camber and caster tops sitting at pedders waiting for the XT130's!!!

Big thanks goes out once again to Pete (KETURBO25) has helped out with various things over the past few day that have made things so much more

easier.

Taking out a 3k Personal loan. Try get all the things done that needs doing and get a good credit rating at the same time for later on.

Pretty much first on the list is getting the front struts done, so everything up front is sorted.

See how much is left over and probably buy some workshop equipment (Decent size MIG and maybe a 2 poster)

Shakes head...

I don't remember to drop in for a few weeks and you've been at it again...

Chalk that one up to the memory bank and put another cd in the player which has a more mellow tune! Don't get me wrong - I'm not saying you were doing anything wrong - just get the general impression you enjoy driving spiritedly. :) People like to see these old girls being driven and particularly nice examples like yours. Take a slightly more relaxed approach in your classic and let people enjoy the view of your rolla crusing gently past and get a good earful of the cammy exhaust note, you will also have an extra split second to react when some dumbass is standing where they shouldn't be!

Good luck with it, sounds like it should be better than ever!

Cheers,

Jason

Not exactly. Before the new wheels and tyres went on, it was quite fun in the wet. But with the new wheels and tyres its a hell of a lot more grippier.

Spiritedly for me now is finding a nice sweeping road in the hills and going for it. Not back streets of industrial areas....anymore.

Thing is, when its raining and dark, whats the first thing you do when you see someone there? Lock it up and try to avoid them.

Sadly the wheels have locked up and understeered straight into the gutter. Game over.

Anyways, Doing my problematic rear uni today hopefully.
