Not much happening at the moment. Panel beater hopefully coming sunday, fingers crossed.

 

Bonnet and driver panel going into primer sunday. Still hunting for a passenger 1/4.

 

Gonna finish off the doors and get them into final prime too.

 

Hopefully finish the windows for the last time.

Productive day today.

 

Gary the panel beater came and beat the dent out of my tailgate. going to take very little to get it shmick now :D

 

With the help of Luc, All of the bolt on panels were prep'd for priming.

 

I managed to prime the drivers front 1/4, bonnet (inside and out), both the rear doors and the passenger rear window.

 

Only got home about 20mins ago, so it was a bit of a late one. But not to worry, we have progress :D

if you don't mind me asking, how much did he charge you to beat out the tailgate dent?(pm me if you want)

 

i have a small dent in mine from some inconsiderate driver and its the only external imperfection on the car, need it gone!

Panel Beaters generally work for around $30/hr.

 

Said panel beater got out of it long ago and not really interested in it any more. This was done as a helping hand thru a good mate.

You should try a group buy so long as it is allowed. The only other ones I found were around $240 delivered and they didn't go so far under the car.
