REED you wanna put ke3x chrome bumpers onto a ke70? I need to look at bumper brackets so anybody that has a spare set lying around give me a call or send me a pm, JP the part about the ca out and 5k in is just not in there :D CHRIS no thats not gonna happen it wont look good at all

Seem easier and cheaper to get than e7 ones. Kinda like the look more too. (Basicly I'm poor and want chrome bars)

I've got a ke55 chrome front bar that has brackets twisted to bolt on to a ke70/ae71.

willing to give it away for anyone in brisbane to clean up my shed, condition average.

Your right THE_VAN_CAN i'm sure it'll help somebody out, REED i will have to grab some details off you either that or sort out postage or something for those *e7* bar mounts so i can work something out for this chrome front bar :D

Today was fun trying to get the exhaust onto this thing, cause i'm poor i decided to use the ke36 exhaust it was fine for the 1st half of the exhaust went on, and when i tried to join up the over diff part of the exhaust it bashed onto the chassis rail so i cut it off and now it dumps just before the diff it looks like it still has an exhaust, i have a pic of the dump pipe off the car, and i also have a picture of the ride height it is low only thing the pic is of the car in the air on stands and on a jack i can't wait for this thing to drive again it's been nearly a year and has had 3 motor changes but this time this turbo 5k is for sure, at the moment it is non turbo but once it's rego'd is a different story :(

it is sitting on sr s13 wheels and stock wheels on the back painted black with chrome trim rings

 

and a picture of the dump pipe for the exhaust, it sorta just makes it past the rear sway bar mount on the body :(

today was sorta productive i spent most of the day with a Razor blade stripping the shit black paint off the car to paint it black again :(

so new paint compared to old white and black

so today i got to the front drivers side door and let me tell you that attacking bunnings spray can paint with a razor blade is the only way to get this shit off :D i hate it when people paint black over such nice standard colour, the car used to be a factory mettalic gold and had crap bunnings black paint layered about 5 layers thick over the gold >|

 

It took me about 3hrs to get from this point:

so this is what i do most days after about 11am in the morning to about 5ish at night :jamie: gotta love dedication haha

 

also my guage collection for this car is almost complete too :yes: :
