Chobis Posted November 12, 2009 Author Report Posted November 12, 2009 I knew this thread would turn into how much people could lift. Bahahahaha........... I can lift a full slab of Beams...... however I just prefer to lift one can at a time and do 24 repetitions in order to get maximum benefit from my session. Actually I have been working pretty hard from the excellent advice given on page1 of this thread. I am happy with progress and I have even changed my diet considerably. Still struggling to get any definition around the area that some people call a 6pack. :o I shall not be putting up a pic of how I am going though you dirty pervs. :S Quote
ke11restorer Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Going for a 200kg deadlift tonite for 8 reps. Bring it on! Quote
13BT_KE20 Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 I knew this thread would turn into how much people could lift. I don't think it has, there has only been one minor mention in the thread excluded the unneccessary one from above. Glad to hear your getting results chobis, keep at it mate Ive been training with a mate for the last month, he hasnt trained before and is getting gd progress. Helps keep me motivated as well, only thing thats holding back my progress atm is the MASSIVE weekends i keep having. Big drinking sessions and mininal sleep ARE NOT GOOD for your training Quote
