Pin Striping

Just wondering if it's possible to buy like a chrome tape or something?

 

I wanna do like chaff has on his 31 in chrome. Or if not how do you do it with paint or what ever?

u can buy pin striping rolls. i got a roll of white to go on my car. it's just a thin kind of tape.

i haven't used it yet so don't exactly kno what it is or how good it works.

i used red striping (also from Autobarn) when i was thinking about painting my grille, basically, you just peel it off the roll and stick it on, it's kinda like self adhesive tape..... however, with the one I used, the red faded after about 6 weeks and peeled, so maybe there's a better quality one that won't fade, peel etc.,

I bought some from super cheap and did 2 different coloured lines. They worked perfect, never peeled or faded and looked factory.

Just make sure you clean the surface first.
