hey guys just wonderin how hard you all reckon it would be to put a injected 5lt into a ke70 and would it be worth doing

 

changed my mind proli goin 2 put a supercharged 202 into a 70

yeah but thats still abit of money i can get the motor nd box cheap for a injected 5lt but I'm kinda thinking about maybe chuckin in a supercharged 202 out of a vk

just pick something... and go with it.

anything is possible. any sorta engine like that is gonna be not worth it unless it is purely a burnout car cos you can't get it registered

with engine that big.

202's are for peasants. Use as much fuel as a 253 but half the powahs. And it'd be less effort to put a v8 in than having a six sitting partially in the cabin.

Don't get me wrong, I like mouldy Holden 6 bangers, but the design is flippin ancient, and not made for huge powahs. So a v8 would be easier.

Agreed. If you want a supercharged 60's designed motor then just go a 5kzc!! Won't be much slower than the 202, just a bit less torque..... and best of all it just sit on the stock engine mounts. :wink:
