yea i did some research on how they work, apparently they create a cleaner exhaust buy combusting left over fuel in the manifold, where abouts have you seen those photos? so i can find out some more information on how to block off these holes without causing turbulence

so when the bolt is in its hole, the shaft protrudes into that small dimple that you can feel in a 4k head, if i use a standard bolt i am worried that it will not seal correctly as it does not have a chamfered bit on the end,

any ideas guys?

yea i saw that you can buy aftermarket Porsche block off kits, well i rang up toyota and found this, so from factory they only come with 3 injectors so thats why i have one bolt, the other three are part of the air pump system. ill post it up incase anyone ever needs it again

should i just head down to the hardware store and get some bolts that size? and forget about the loss of flow?

ok well I'm back to square one, japan do not have those air injection block off bolts...i think i might have to just get normal style bolts and not worry about the gap left over

what do you guys think?

ok so my next thought is what to use to bolt down the manifolds, threaded rods and nuts? or bolts? or a combination of both? atm there is no threaded rods in there

Studs are way better than bolts.

If you've changed manifolds from what you've previously run, make sure the flange thickness is the same for the inlet manifold and extractors.

ok sweet, also do i need to get my rocker posts machined down to suit my lift? is it necessary?

Should only need to do that if you run out of adjustment on the rockers. Put it together and see!
