Hi guy's

Just found myself a little gem........genuine 1 owner 1974 ke 25 coupe with 3k and toyoglide 2sp auto with ( 17300 genuine klms ) It is in very good condition with original books, tools ,( spare tyre still with original stickers on it etc......) Has a few little dents around it and needs a few touch ups that wold be expected. Mustard exterior and brown unmarked interior....

I paid enough for it ....not knowing its worth ????? any suggestions on value....???

Looking at this website it appears that these cars are maybe a bit rare?????

Thanks.

Pics would probably help. I paid $7k for mine but the paint is pretty awesome. On the whole though, the car is beautiful but not perfect. It really depends on all round condition. With only 17300 kms, she should be pretty overrated. What's the interior like? Any rust at all?

No Pics as yet but soon. Only had it a week and have not looked underneath yet BUT.... The car is above average with NIL marks or tears in the interior. Even the little blue light spray bar above the heater controls is still there. This is an unmolested as it came out of the factory car............been shedde for the last 25 years but still regoed and washed and driven once a month......

The only blemishes are the two front guards which need a repair in the wheel arch ( minor ) door rubbers need replacing...gone brittle and missing a few pieces.......slight rust about the size of a 5 cent piece in the lhr qtr and thats it. Drives tight as a drum.............oh what a feeling !!!

sounds like you picked up a neat ke25... same model, same colour combo as mine... good luck and get some pics for us all!!! and maybe make a members ride in the rollaclub rides section....

yes reason that ke25s are a fair bit rarer then ke20s is that all ke25s were made in Japan, while ke20s were built by AMI in melb...

also ke25 cost more when new...

seen a few go for a few grand in the last year or two... and they were unrestored!!!

Wow.. 17,xxx kms is pretty darn amazing! Especially since it hasn't sat and rusted/perished in every way possible.

Even though it doesn't seem like that much money, the rego money and money for insurance paid on this thing just

to drive it only once a month seems a little strange. It's probably museum worthy!
