These are great looking cars. Good effort on the pick up :lolcry:

Sucks about the damage though...

Can't wait to see it painted up!!!

today just keeps getting better. this afternoon in the post my owners manual arrived from SA. there are ware marks but nothing major, sort of what you'd expect after 40 years of bouncing round a glove box. not a bad score for $13. will get pics up later.

Just in case.

i can't find a picture of these on a ms55 but they are 300c alloys and you get the general idea. they are 18X8.5 with +24 offset.

thoughts or more wheel suggestions?

Lol, that's my car. ^_^

They are 18 * 8 +24

I was wrongly informed. =\

Just clearing that up for you :P

But yeah, offset is bloody perfect for my car, sits nice as.

Just read page 2.

That is quite a list. Good on you for saving it and I still think it will be well worth

the time and money.

soooooo, any new news on this??

really want to see it at Hiroshima

(i don't want to be the only one in a slow as hell whale)

no news. progress has stopped. :P no money, no time.

not sure where i'm at. part of me wants to just finish it, part of me wants to sell it and part of me wants to do a full restoration.

i'd love to have it ready for HSC but short of a miracle the only way it would be there is on a un-reg permit or on a dodgy roady. i don't want to do either of those.

hmmmm, any advice?

Posted

shall we go through it logically:

Sell It - do you need the space or the money desperately?

Get It Going - do you plan on using it a few times a week and/or plan on doing a full resto on the KE20 later on?

Full Resto - do you want to use it as a weekend cruiser?
