Rolla__Boy Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 Quote Dragway Pros... the only 15s I'd get for a 4 cylinder as such... A guy round here used to have these exact wheels on his KE55 wagon, with 195, 50 15 tyres, and they looked AWESOME to say the least, he bought them new as well, and he loved them. He moved to QLD somewhere or I would go right now and take pics for you. But they looked unreal
Tiger Posted November 9, 2005 Author Report Posted November 9, 2005 Ah well... the thought counts :) I'm glad it got the approval of somebody though :) Thanks
Super Jamie Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 i find it interesting that a photo i took is on someone else's photobucket
Super Jamie Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 of nikki'a ke30. with the white tri-spokes
Rolla__Boy Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 I love that little rolla. RIP Rollie
Super Jamie Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 was talking to ol' nik today actually, her mr2 drives and handles like shit cos the suspension is old :( she said she found an animal porn site the other day/week/month and thought of me, how heartwarming :D
rob1 Posted November 11, 2005 Report Posted November 11, 2005 B45's are the go......Do they still make em?
Felix Posted November 12, 2005 Report Posted November 12, 2005 the trispokes looked stupid, the bodykit wasn't much better, the bonnet looked crap. that poor car, at least now it has been put out of it's misery. it looked so much better when it was known as "scarlet". probably not many of you guys would remember that. this was "scarlet" before it was f@$ked up and became known as "rollie":
Tiger Posted November 12, 2005 Author Report Posted November 12, 2005 Or we can view Kanga's photochopped rolla :D
Super Jamie Posted November 12, 2005 Report Posted November 12, 2005 Felix said: the trispokes looked stupid, the bodykit wasn't much better, the bonnet looked crap. that poor car, at least now it has been put out of it's misery. that is so mean. i think it was a good car as a package, i didn't like the kit much personally but it suited the look she was after. ken and his work are a part of her life, its only natural that that gets reflected in her car, one of her most prized posessions. essentially, it should have been re-shelled when it got t-boned the first time, and certaintly shouldn't have been racing with a sticky throttle cable, but nobody deserves to have their car "put out of its misery", not that one anyway, and not my friend
Rolla__Boy Posted November 12, 2005 Report Posted November 12, 2005 Agreed. I am not a fan of bodykits in anyway, but that car suited what it had, I think it was old school cool. Personally I think it looked a bit boring as "scarlet"
Super Jamie Posted November 12, 2005 Report Posted November 12, 2005 don't get me wrong, it looked hot as a clean old car with simmons, but rollie was a good car too. at least it was different and challenged the rules, life would be boring if everyone did a clean oldskooler with a set of rims and for what it's worth, scarlet was mechanically quite crap. the engine was mounted all on the wrong angles and place and the exhaust and diff had niggling problems, which ken fixed properly in rollie
mikeys toy[RL] Posted November 13, 2005 Report Posted November 13, 2005 i liked the bodykit on rollie; it looked very creative, but i wholeheartedly agree with doug on the tri spokes........leave them for the '86 sentras and the ae82's
