Who Makes Adjustable Camber Tops To Fit Ke55?

hi there guys any one on here making and selling adjustable camber tops to fit a ke30-ke55??

 

seen a few on a datsun forum surely some one on here can make these? any ideas who to ask? cheers

Have a search on here for threads containing S13 Silvia tops. I recall them fitting if you drill out the strut tower holes 1mm or so. Would be a good chance to make sure they fit with the coilovers you plan to get.

Cusco actually make adjustable camber tops for te37. Perhaps you could assume that it would fit a ke30/ke55 as well?

rumour has it... unconfirmed as yet but a late model commodore strut top will fit. minor mod needs doing to shocker but

if this is the case they'd be available thru pedders

I have seen a guy on trademe ( nz) that makes the adjustable tops I think They are around $400 for a pair.

Sometimes definitive answers aren't out there and its up to you to find them out for yourself. If you do, let us know. Thats how this thing works.

Neil you got a definitive answer (in fact you got told Cusco do them twice!). Have a look at my KE35 race car thread and you will see them bolted straight in.

 

Cusco make them. The Japanese have never heard of a KE55 I am tipping, but they have heard of a TE37 - same architecture, different engine, hence the T in stead K in the chassis code.

 

Anyways the Cusco part number is 109 401 A.

 

A J Pee S in Adelaide are a Cusco supplier and sourced mine 12 months ago.

And the S13 strut top thing is not just here say. Holes need filing about 1mm each (not re-drilling) and the s13 top slips straight in.

 

For confirmation of this search for "NickZ's" v6 ke30 project thread. There is pics an there and directions straight from the horses mouth. :y:

You can also get them from T3. Email him asking for ta22 tops. They are the same bolt pattern as the ke30/55 ones.

How much space is there in a ke3*/55 strut tower with the standard diameter springs????? I know with a ke20 it was a waste of time as the springs would hit the towers. Guessing the later models have more space.
